The 'flip-top' kit includes: 19-gauge structural steel tubing frame; a UV-resistant, translucent, PolyCor cover with hinged flip-top; and 2- by 6-inch, wood-tone, recycled-plastic lumber base that reportedly won't rot, crack, split, or splinter.
