Collar-Lock Depressor
A Collar-Lock Depressor, designed by Iowa Farm Program specialist Byron Hemingson, is a modified locking "C"clamp. One of the claws has been shortened and the gripping surfaces of both claws have been widened to contact and depress the PTO collar-lock pin when the clamp is locked shut. This allows one to use his entire arm strength to couple the shaft.
